As a leader, what must you do to make a positive impact and improve your effectiveness in your most difficult, uncomfortable and sometimes emotionally charged conversations? How do you approach these situations such as addressing poor performance, responding to disrespectful behavior and asking for support. Based on sound applied positive psychology principles, this interactive session challenges you to think and respond differently. You will learn how to model effective listening and paraphrasing skills, identify obstacles to delivering difficult messages, and how to vary style based on the audience.  Learn how to navigate the four key communications preferences and how to use seven master communications techniques to navigate any conversation.
