Industries such as manufacturing, retail, fast food, and universities are seeing more of these grassroots organizations representing their staffs, and attempting to become the bargaining representative. This session will provide you with an overview of these Alternative Labor groups and how to best prepare to discourage their effort to become the bargaining representative of their employees.
