This session will overview five “thinking” steps in any writing project: proposals, policy statements, reports, email, procedures, training materials, or blog posts. You will learn how to apply a repeatable five-step process for approaching any strategic writing task as well as organize information in the four-part MADE Format® for clarity and easy access.
