The Washington Outlook: The Impact of the 114th Congress on HR’s Public Policy Agenda

2015 Employment Law & Legislative Conference

The outcome of the November election provides new energy to the HR public policy agenda that will be before the 114th Congress that convenes in January and the last two years of the Obama Presidency. Key issues include tax reform, the Affordable Care Act, new workplace flexibility options, and perhaps, even immigration reform. This presentation will focus on the HR legislative issues expected to be considered, as well as provide an up-to-date discussion on current federal regulatory activity.
