Getting Your Employee Value Proposition Right: What Drives Employee Recruitment, Retention and Engagement

2016 SHRM Talent Management Conference & Exposition

Getting your organization’s employee value proposition right is key to having a competitive advantage in recruiting, retaining and engaging talent. But how do you know what employees want? This session will reveal the results of the 2016 National Study of the Changing Workforce, the largest ongoing study of a national representative sample of U.S. employees, conducted by the Families and Work Institute and funded in part by SHRM. The findings will be discussed in the context of an effective, flexible workplace; a model for an employee value proposition that this research shows has strong retention; engagement; and other critical people outcomes.
