This session is designed to provide an introduction to metrics – which ones to calculate (and which to avoid) as well as easy-to-use instruction on how to compile the data. This session will: 

·         Discuss the importance of recruitment metrics.

·         Provide examples of introductory metrics calculations.

·         Provide examples of the use of metrics to address business issues.

·         Describe data collection and reporting options.
