Perfecting the Pay-for-Performance Model

2016 SHRM Talent Management Conference & Exposition
Workplace Application: This session will focus on how you can implement a meaningful talent management and incentive program.

Repeated Wednesday at 9:45 a.m.

Employee compensation can be a tricky concept, both for employees and employers. You can save time and bridge the gap between siloed business units by aligning performance reviews across the company and informing employees of performance expectations and aligned compensation opportunities. This session will detail the trials and errors of the journey toward perfecting a holistic, sound employee compensation model, outlining the positive outcomes that have resulted from this effort, as well as the reasons some pay-for-performance models may fail. This session will show you:

·         How to develop a framework for an efficient, holistic approach to the performance review process.

·         How to improve overall employee engagement while garnering a better understanding of performance.

·         The benefits of aligning review dates with annual fiscal results in a way that is fluid.
