Strategies to Continue Optimizing Your Organization’s Talent Acquisition Strategy

2017 Talent Management Conference & Exposition
Workplace Application: This session will show you how an HR team can transform and optimize its recruiting strategy and delivery, evolving from being transactional to consultative.

This session will discuss how to use contracting with your hiring managers and candidates to really transform yourself into a true recruiting consultant. You'll learn how to walk the line between being “of service” while not being “customer service.” You will learn:

·         How to position yourself and your team as expert consultants, not internal vendors in recruiting.

·         How to conduct an effective hiring manager recruiting intake meeting and how to leverage the
key components of a great recruiting Service Level Agreement to more effectively set and manage
hiring manager expectations and drive accountability.

·         How to design an effective recruiting sourcing strategy and plan.
