The HR Voice Through Storytelling

Our voice is so very important in shaping work, the worker and the workplace culture.  As HR Professionals our voice and purpose reach not just our employees, but their families as well and we have the opportunity to truly create Better Workplaces for a Better World.  Take pause and think about how many people your role in HR impacts.  We will take a walk-through using storytelling as a means of communication and how to impact others with this means of communication, so they listen.  Our legislature is creating laws with the expectation that our profession ensures they are carried out to the full extent of the law.   Many times, this is done without our subject matter expertise in the room.  It's time to change this and change it now by ensuring our voice is heard in a way that impacts those legislators and their staffers.  Let's continue this journey to create Better Workplaces for a Better World.
