Her own cross-cultural life provides first-hand insights. Aranza was born in the Philippines, was raised in Hawaii, was an exchange student in Russia, resides in the metro Washington, D.C., area and travels throughout the world consulting for top Fortune 500 companies. Her own cross-cultural life allows her to bring “real world” solutions to help you be more effective and will help heighten your ability to attract and retain a multi-cultural workforce while building internal capabilities to engage talent globally.
