What’s Your Search Strategy? Go Beyond Getting Found

Workplace Application: You will learn about the prominent role social media and mobile technology play in a successful search strategy, and learn how to use them to deliver valuable information to your candidates to ensure they have a positive experience.

Delivering value to candidates with every interaction strengthens your brand, promotes job opportunities and creates talent pipelines. While search engines remain one of the most popular ways to look for jobs, social and mobile technologies now play prominent roles. This requires you to rethink your strategies for what it takes to be found in a mobile and digital world. This session explores going beyond getting found, to how to deliver value to your target audience in today's digital recruiting environment.
