This session gives you the tools to be able to deliver greater results for your organization through implementing powerful new D & I practices.

This session explores five emerging or next practices for leading your organizations strategic diversity and inclusion efforts and will give you what you need to take your D & I efforts to the next level and deliver real results for your organization. You will learn the what, why and how of:

  • Using relational network analysis to address racial, ethnic, gender and other disparities in retention and engagement rates.
  • Using social process design to harness the creative tension of diversity toward better decision making and problem solving.
  • Anchoring your inclusion efforts in individual authenticity and helping your organization move out of assimilation and into inclusion.
  • Building your D & I efforts upon a science- and evidence-based foundation of human behavior acknowledging that we all have bias, make assumptions, label and categorize others.
