Data… The mere mention of the word causes some recruiters to rejoice, others to scratch their heads, and many to break out in hives. In the age of social recruiting, it's unacceptable for recruiters not to embrace data. Last year LinkedIn's recruiting team, led by LinkedIn's Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition Brendan Browne, set out to develop a new global recruiting methodology that harnessed data to hire the best person for the job, faster. During this session, Browne will explain how this new recruiting methodology works globally, how it helped his team achieve significantly higher InMail response rates, and applicant-to-onsite and applicant-to-offer conversion rates, and how you can use it to recruit better across borders.
