As your organization grows larger (or your staff grows smaller), you need to rely on your frontline managers to serve as you're an extension of HR. Having well-trained managers can provide huge benefits to your organization allowing you to focus on larger, more strategic talent management initiatives. In this session we'll talk about identifying opportunities to extend "HR activity" to managers, getting executive support and buy-in for extending HR responsibilities to managers as well as teaching managers how and when to engage HR in employee situations.
