This session will help you conduct negotiations using proven strategies that lead to win/win outcomes while being able to accurately read body language to uncover the meaning of nonverbal communications. Williams will also show you how to use emotional intelligence biases to enhance your ability to accurately detect body language and other nonverbal signals when negotiating. This session will help you enhance bargaining activities by demonstrating how to utilize emotional intelligence along with the appropriate negotiation strategies. You will discover how to set proper markers that will allow you to know when you should consider leaving the negotiation.
