Women still earn 23% less than men. The biggest salary raises you will likely ever earn come from changing to a new employer, but only if you know how to negotiate the compensation package effectively. You must know what to say, and even more importantly, what not to say. Ryan will teach you how to negotiate your salary so that you can put more money in your next paycheck. This session will show you: - How to determine exactly what your skills are worth. - The cardinal rules of salary negotiations and what you should and should not say. - How to secure a better benefits package.
