A SHRM Symposium: Spotlight on California

More of the same is expected, so you need to be prepared. • Gain a better understanding of recent policy changes and enforcement trends for DACA, AB450, employment-based visa programs, and employment verification, and find out what to expect in the year ahead.
  • Learn best practices for visa compliance and audit preparation, especially for H-2Bs and H-1Bs.
  • Know what you are required to do if and when ICE shows up on-site to conduct an audit.
  • Learn communication strategies for ensuring that your C-suite, managers and foreign nationals have appropriate information about the current and future state of employment-based immigration.
