Sara Collison, SHRM-CP

Sara Collison is the Director of Human Resources and one of the 15 Senior Leaders at Cardinal of Minnesota. Cardinal of Minnesota provides individualized care in a variety of residential homes as well as within individuals' own homes. Sara has a BS Degree in International Business and Marketing, and holds the SHRM – CP certification. She has ten years of experience in the human resources field in both food manufacturing and healthcare industries. Sara also served as the chair of the diversity committee for the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota. A native of Mexico, Sara is bilingual in English and Spanish.
