Lara MacLean is a Product Manager of Public Records at HireRight, the industry’s first truly global background screening solution. In her role, she serves as the subject matter expert for all areas in public records including international and domestic criminal checks, credit searches, sex offender registries, and global sanctions, among many other specialized searches. During her nine year tenure at HireRight, she has also led customer validation sessions and extensive user testing on the HireRight award winning Applicant Center, a secure and personalized candidate portal that consolidates all communication from HireRight to candidates in a streamlined program. She is passionate about helping recruiters optimize the applicant flow of the background screening process and all things background screening.
