Cynthia Schuler, PHR, SHRM-CP, CPRW, is a human resources professional with more than 20 years of experience.  She has published numerous articles and presented for multiple organizations.  Ms. Schuler has experienced the transformation of human resources, and she has a passion for sharing her experiences with other human resources professionals. 

Ms. Schuler received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, and she received her Master’s Degree from Strayer University in Washington, DC.  She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators, the Society for Human Resources Management, and the Professional Association of Resume Writers.
