Rukmini Bose is the Product Lead for TalentTurf (A product by WNS). She also leads the HR Digital Transformation for WNS globally across all HR domains. During her 17 years with WNS she has managed various strategic global HR projects/initiatives in Performance Management, Reward & Recognition, Learning & Development, Knowledge Management, Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, HR Due Diligence and HR Integrations. Prior to her stint in HR she handled various roles in BPM Operations, Quality and Process Training.

Nitin handles HR functions for various Business Units - Travel, Shipping and Logistics, India Business, Utilities and Diversified Manufacturing Retail Telecom, He also leads the HR Outsourcing and Consulting practice and guides the corporate HR functions. He has been with WNS since April 2004. Nitin has over 20+ years of professional experience in HR in various companies spanning the IT/ ITES Industries. His functional experience covers the entire HR spectrum of recruitment, resource management, performance management, learning and development, employee relations & consulting. He has been involved in setting up HR Shared Services and value offerings for various global clients across Geographies.

Prior to WNS, Nitin has been a part of Tata Consultancy Services where he has handled various roles in HR in India and North America, his last responsibility was leading HR for the System Integration Business Unit.
