The life of a financial services employee can be quite stressful. To address this, PNC partnered with ComPsych, its employee assistance provider, to launch an ongoing campaign aimed at raising awareness of mental health and boosting utilization of available support programs. In this informative session, Dale Grenolds, executive vice president of ComPsych and Elizabeth Harrington, vice president of Health and Wellness Strategy for PNC will show best practices in program promotion and employee engagement, resulting in better overall well-being for employees.

Dale Grenolds, executive vice president at ComPsych, has more than 20 years of health care industry experience. He is responsible for the company’s commercial strategy and development, with direct oversight of several divisions including business development, sales, marketing and account services. By working closely with the CEO and each department head, Dale personally ensures the quality, responsiveness and overall performance of ComPsych services. Previously, Dale worked in sales and account management for Aetna for 13 years. He began as an account manager and was successively promoted to senior vice president of the higher education segment. Dale holds a master’s in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Buffalo.

As VP, Health and Wellness Strategy Manager at PNC, Liz uses data and analytics to drive decisions and lead programs that help the company’s 50,000+ employees live better. She engages employees in preventive health/wellness programs, improves their access to quality health care and provides tools to help them better navigate today's complicated health care delivery system. Prior to her current position, she was VP, Health and Wellness Strategy Manager and was AVP, Senior Benefits Consultant. She holds a master’s degree in Health Promotion Management:  Corporate Wellness from American University and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Psychology from Elon University. She is also a certified Work-Life Professional.
