Mike Byam is the author of The WOW! Workplace, and fourth generation Managing Partner of Terryberry, an international firm that specializes in implementing, and managing employee recognition programs for organizations worldwide. He is a frequent presenter to business groups and HR professionals across the country and consults with organizations ranging from family owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies to help them develop effective recognition strategies. Mike enjoys challenging himself as an Ironman triathlete and multi-time marathoner. His experiences lend him a unique perspective on personal motivation and inspiration, and how they affect everyone in today’s fast-changing workplace.

Brad Sytsma is an employee recognition expert and product specialist with Terryberry.  Over the last 6 years, Brad has worked with organizations of all shapes and sizes from around the globe to design, implement, and maintain Recognition and Wellness programs.  Brad has also written about the importance of recognition in the workplace, frequently headlining Terryberry’s blog, and with a recent article on creating a Visible Culture featured on HR.com. Outside the world of Employee Wellness, Recognition, and Engagement, Brad is involved in the world of theatre, writing, directing, and performing in productions in West Michigan and across the US.
