New Norms for Global Uncertainty: How to Leverage Tech and Data in Your Global Talent Mobility Strategy to Manage Distributed Workforces

2020 Global Mobility and Immigration Symposium
Learn what types of data and technology are needed to help track, report and respond quickly to evolving global threats (including visa requirements, tax exposure, payroll withholdings, and more) with tangible customer examples of the impacts of data and technology on your global talent mobility strategy.

In today’s globally uncertain world – where health situations and border regimes can change by the hour – it is increasingly critical to have accurate data to make the right decisions to keep your people safe, automatically identify and manage tax exposures, and streamline compliance workflows. Global events like Brexit, the coronavirus pandemic and Trump travel bans show that mobility teams need the right technology and processes to quickly adapt and respond to a shifting landscape.

Learning Objectives:

  • Leverage technology to track your employees’ activities in real time, mapping the company’s global travel footprint for health, safety, and ongoing compliance.

  • Balance employee privacy concerns around location tracing with company compliance requirements and what options are available.

  • Utilize analytics to spot risky overlaps with global health outbreaks and your mobile employees to predict potential problems and identify high-risk areas and travelers at a glance.
