The Stable Triangle: Driving Employee Experience with Coordinated Immigration, Tax and Relocation

2020 Global Mobility and Immigration Symposium
Learn how service providers can coordinate services for the benefits of employees and their families.

Increasingly employees expect integrated service to make their transition a simpler, streamlined process that recognizes and accounts for the unique circumstances of their family. For global mobility professionals, this requires coordination between several different service providers. When immigration, tax and relocation teams work together, facilitated by in-house global mobility, employees (and their families) feel cared for and supported through one of the biggest changes in their personal and professional life with the end-result being a focused, engaged and retained employee and family.

Learning Objectives:

  • Examine different roles played by immigration, tax and relocation providers and the role of global mobility as a service coordinator.

  • Determine what each service provider needs to know (and when).

  • Proactively identify the most pressing challenges and potential pain points for relocating employees.

  • Seek key points of the international assignment process where communication and collaboration between service providers is most important.

  • Evaluate how communication between service providers can improve employee satisfaction and lead to a successful transition.
