This highly interactive session will provide an overview of the national workforce and workplace landscape and highlight best practices to retain and develop diverse early-stage professionals. The session will highlight five key strategies organizations can implement to ensure they are centering DE&I as a forethought, rather than an afterthought throughout the employee life cycle. This session will focus exclusively on racial and gender diversity.

Chelsea is a highly sought advisor to global organizations on talent attraction, development, and retention, with a speciality in engaging early stage professionals. She has spoken at Penguin Random House, PR Council, Johnson & Johnson, HSBC, Harvard University,The Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Prior to starting her business, Chelsea spent 10 years on Wall Street managing & leading human capital across the United States, Europe, and Asia

Chelsea obtained her BA in Economics from Spelman College. She currently resides in New York City where she enjoys cooking, podcasts, and Peloton!
