Melody Campbell


Melody Campbell is the founder of Mindful Mob, an organization whose mission is to overcome mental and physical burnout by sharing simple Breathing + Stretching + Meditation + Yoga techniques designed for the corporate environment. Live sessions can be done from your favorite chair at home or in your office and are led remotely by dedicated and certified Mindful Mob teachers.

Mindful Mob’s vision is to bring wellness and well-being into corporate America to create a world where work makes you healthier, not sicker.

Melody was born in Paris and came to the U.S. through a tennis scholarship.

Before creating Mindful Mob, Melody spent over a decade in the corporate world, culminating in the position of managing director for a large international corporation, and saw firsthand the effects of burnout, anxiety and depression on a company.
