As Field Services Director for the Society for Human Resource Management, Susan Post has accountability for the membership and relationship management strategies for SHRM affiliates in a seven-state territory (CT, DE, MA, NJ, PA, RI and WI.) She serves SHRM members, prospective members and volunteer leaders from her home office in upstate NY. Prior to joining SHRM in 1999, Susan had 15 years of progressively responsible HR experience with several organizations, including Eastman Kodak and Cornell University. She has a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Le Moyne College, is certified as a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Susan's affiliation with the Society began in the early 1980s when she served two terms as President of the Le Moyne College student chapter in Syracuse, NY. Throughout her professional career, Susan held numerous SHRM volunteer leadership roles, including two terms as President of her local professional chapter and District Director on the New York State Council. Outside of SHRM, Susan has served in a variety of volunteer leader capacities for many local non-profit organizations, most recently as Board President for the ARC of Chemung and Fundraising Director for Elmira Little Theater.

Nicole is a human resources leader with over 15 years of expertise in all things talent. Currently serving as the Director, Talent Acquisition and Inclusion at SHRM in Alexandria, VA, she is fortunate to lead a team of amazing people who also happen to be exceptional HR professionals.  As a talent leader for well-known brands, she has crafted and executed award-winning talent management strategies that attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent, enhancing companies' reputations as premier workplaces and net exporters of talent. 

Nicole has honed her skills across diverse industries, including fashion and beauty retail, hospitality, and manufacturing. She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership and learning from The George Washington University in Washington, DC and bachelor's degree in business administration from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY. Nicole is proud to be SHRM certified.

 

Faith Stipanovich, SHRM-SCP

Faith is Manager, Academic, Affiliate and Student Communities for SHRM.  Prior to this role, Faith served as a Field Services Director (FSD) based in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role she is responsible for membership growth through renewals and member acquisition working closely with the chapter and state council volunteer leaders in IN, KY, MI, ND, SD and TN. Faith also leads strategic planning and succession planning workshops for state councils and chapters along with speaking to SHRM members and non-members on a wide range of HR topics that are impacting employees and employers who are creating Better Workplaces for Better Worlds.

Kristy Krakoff, SHRM-CP, is an emerging professional from of Scranton, Pennsylvania who moved to Northern Virginia in 2018 to start her HR career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. She studied at The Pennsylvania State University, in Hospitality Management, and later transitioned to a career in Human Resources. Kristy is currently working on the Membership team at SHRM as a Member Engagement Associate, and is always finding new ways to grow and develop. Kristy enjoys working with her team and strives to continue building relationships with volunteers and members. This past year Kristy got married to her husband, Andy, and their family is completed by their dog, Joey.
