We will discuss how to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain volunteer leaders.
Jeff Luttrell, SHRM-SCP
Jeff is Global Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Atento. Previously, He held leadership roles in Talent Acquisition and Staffing with Alorica, Xerox and Kelly Services.
He has over 20 years of recruitment experience in both staffing industry and corporate recruiting including international, executive and professional recruiting. He has led teams in the US, Canada, EMEA and Latin America.
Jeff lives in Asheville and Carolina Beach, NC and has served in many volunteer roles such as SHRM Southeast Region MAC Board Member, President and Board member with Raleigh Metro SHRM and served as Director of the NCSHRM State Council. He has served on SHRMs HR Disciplines, Talent Acquisition, Global, Diversity and Inclusion expertise panels and currently on the Together Forward at Work Taskforce since 2020. He regularly speaks on Talent and DEI across the US.
Jeff is a true Tar Heel having graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in Journalism. He received an HR Management Certificate from Duke University and possesses SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
Nicole Belyna, SHRM-SCP
Nicole Belyna, SHRM-SCP is the Director of Talent Acquisition & Inclusion at SHRM based in Alexandria, VA. She possesses more than 15 years in human resources, specializing talent management and leadership. She has worked extensively in the fashion/beauty retail, hospitality, and manufacturing industries. Immediately prior to joining SHRM, Nicole was the talent strategy leader for a DC-area based manufacturer where she developed and executed the talent acquisition strategy, establishing the company’s reputation as a top workplace and employer of choice. Additionally, Nicole was an experienced and dedicated volunteer leader, having served most recently as president for the District of Columbia Society for Human Resources (DC SHRM) and as a panelist of the talent acquisition Special Expertise Panel at SHRM. Nicole has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Russell Sage College in Troy NY and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in organizational leadership and learning at The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
