2022 Talent Conference
Attendees will learn practical tools to help identify, communicate and address the life changing aspects of job offers to candidates.

Too many Recruiters and Human Resources professionals focus on the process of making an offer at the expense of understanding and communicating that what they're really doing is helping someone decide on a major life change especially in this hyper-competitive job market. Process, systems, logistics and other details are certainly important but Recruiters and other Human Resources professionals who extend offers to candidates often miss the challenges and opportunities when framing a job offer as a life change. This session will help identify the many aspects of the offer timeline, provide top tips to effectively communicate a potential life change to candidates, and provide tools to help improve the offer to acceptance ratio.

Learning Objectives:

  • Set up and manage communication cadence that helps candidates "see" their new life if they accept an offer.
  • Discover how Recruiters can position the roles that they are hiring for in relation to a candidate's needs.
  • Sell the organization as the place to realize that positive life change.
