First managers adapted to managing virtually. Now they must adapt to managing in a hybrid work environment. Managing in a hybrid environment is different, but it doesn't have to be hard. Learn the pitfalls of managing employees who work from different locations. Coach and give feedback without hesitation. Avoid proximity bias - treating people differently because of their location. Be equitable, fair, and inclusive with all employees, regardless of where they sit.
