As executive director of SHRM Northern California Operations, Ayllon is responsible for overseeing membership engagement activities, including recruitment, retention and local educational programs for HR professionals living and working in the Greater SF Bay Area. Additionally, she oversees the financial responsibilities of the Northern California operation. Prior to joining SHRM, Ayllon served for nearly 18 years as executive director of the Professional Association of Childhood Education, where she oversaw the organization’s daily operations, program development and strategic planning initiatives. Ayllon holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from San Francisco State University. Additionally, she is SHRM SCP Certified and a Certified Association Executive.

Gloria Sinclair Miller is an accomplished Senior HR Business Executive with more than 20 years of successful global and domestic human resources leadership in a variety of industry sectors including biopharmaceutical, retail, financial services, non-profit organizations. Gloria has held leadership positions with the USO of Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey, AstraZeneca Pharmaceutical, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Borders Group Inc, TD Bank and Rosenbluth International.

Gloria currently serves as the Divisional Director for the western region with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).  In this role, Gloria is part of the Marketing and Membership team overseeing the fostering and promotion of memberships, educational programs, certification and services focused on advancing the profession of human resources and creating better workplaces for all.

Gloria holds a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources Management and Services from Widener University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University. She also holds the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP) designation. 

Gloria has served in numerous Volunteer Leadership roles including Chapter President and long-time Board Member for the Philadelphia Society for Human Resources Management (Philly SHRM) Chapter, and Board Chairman for USO of Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.  She is currently the HR Lead and member of the 2030 Commission for Womens Veterans ROCK.  She also serves as an advisory member with Queen City Certified.
