Dianna Sporcic joined SHRM in January of this year as a Field Services Director for the states of KS, ME, NH, PR, SC, VT, WV. She works remotely from her home in St. Petersburg, FL.

Dianna spent almost 30 years with Hyatt starting in operations and then moving into HR. Most recently she was Director of HR for Hyatt Vacation Ownership (HVO) who is known for the most luxurious vacation ownership resorts in the world. She was instrumental in the M&A when Interval Leisure Group (ILG) purchased HVO. She remained on as a highly valued and strategic member of the ILG HR team while still supporting HVO. After Marriott purchased ILG, Dianna joined ONICON Measurement Solutions. Dianna has diverse HR experience in hospitality, manufacturing and labor relations. Dianna is a member of our Tampa chapter and holds SHRM-SCP certification.

Katie is skilled Senior Director with more than 20 years of experience in the HR food distribution/processing, staffing, logistics, healthcare, non-profit and start up companies. Currently, as a Field Services Director for SHRM, she supports Professional Chapters, Student Chapters, State Councils and HR Professionals in the Pac West region.

Nicole Belyna, SHRM-SCP is the Director of Talent Acquisition & Inclusion at SHRM based in Alexandria, VA. She possesses more than 15 years in human resources, specializing talent management and leadership. She has worked extensively in the fashion/beauty retail, hospitality, and manufacturing industries. Immediately prior to joining SHRM, Nicole was the talent strategy leader for a DC-area based manufacturer where she developed and executed the talent acquisition strategy, establishing the company’s reputation as a top workplace and employer of choice. Additionally, Nicole was an experienced and dedicated volunteer leader, having served most recently as president for the District of Columbia Society for Human Resources (DC SHRM) and as a panelist of the talent acquisition Special Expertise Panel at SHRM. Nicole has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Russell Sage College in Troy NY and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in organizational leadership and learning at The George Washington University in Washington, DC.

An accomplished HR practitioner, Laurie has industry experience in non-profit, health care, consumer packaged goods, and banking. As a senior leader of SHRM’s HR team, she focuses on strategic initiatives to drive innovation to positively impact the employee experience and allow staff to maximize their potential. She received her Masters’ degree in HRM from Capella University, is a Certified Strengths Coach and holds both SHRM-SCP and CAE designations.
