This session benefits students with an interest in learning what motivates HR professionals to pursue a SHRM credential, planning to apply for a SHRM credential, or already scheduled to sit for the SHRM-CP exam. We'll cover the practical basics of the SHRM certification exams and provide an opportunity to test-drive your readiness by answering sample questions.

Charles Glover
Charles is the Manager of Exam Development and Accreditation at SHRM. He is an experienced exam development professional with over eight years in the testing industry developing moderate to high-stakes certification and licensure exams across a number of diverse industries. Inspired to develop valid, reliable, and fair exams, Charles enjoys working with his team of SHRM-certified HR professionals and SHRM’s global network of volunteer participants to create SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exam test questions. Charles obtained his Master of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore in 2014 and currently resides in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
Aaron Wiseman
Aaron Robbins Wiseman is the Senior Certification Security Specialist at SHRM. Mr. Wiseman has over 10-years of high stakes professional credentialing experience. At SHRM Mr. Wiseman is responsible for the security of the SHRM Certified Professional and Senior Certified Professional programs. Mr. Wiseman holds a Masters in Criminal Justice from Suffolk University, and a B.S. in Social Work from Syracuse University.
