Sharon L. Anderson
Sharon Anderson is Principal, People Analytics & Benchmarking Lead with expertise in HCM Data Analytics who focuses on working with companies to utilize their HCM data to solve business problems.
Sharon has over 30 years of HCM experience that have included Benefits Administration, managing HRIS systems, strategic planning, project management, and compliance management. In her role as a strategic partner, Sharon worked with customers with in 35k+ employees to support them in leveraging their HCM systems to meet their business objectives. She has also led a group of People Analytics Experts to realize powerful insights and increase People Analytics data utilization. Under Sharon’s leadership, she has had numerous customers provide positive testimonials on their experience with how ADP helped them to reach their HCM goals and contribute to business objectives.
Recently, Sharon has been the Key speaker for the following Webinars: Creating and Using People Analytics Dashboards and Using People Analytics to Understand Turnover & Retention . In addition, Sharon has shared insight during Client Advisory Board meeting on Analytics and Insights, and presented at the May 2023 ADP Pro Summit "Inform, Influence, and Improve Business Decisions Using People Analytics".
Sharon has studied at Centenary University, has her SHRM-CP, Customer Success Manager Certifications, HCI certifications, and several Google certifications. Sharon was selected as ADP’s NAS Impact Award Winner in 2021 based on colleague nominations.
