As an innovation director and the founder of Gensler’s Innovation team, Amanda works with leaders to develop inclusive, social innovation platforms. Through 20 years of experience, Amanda has developed organizational programs, campus master plans, workplace prototypes, innovation adoption campaigns and change accelerators across virtually every industry sector, from not-for-profit institutions to Fortune 500 companies. Having developed a keen understanding of the purpose-driven employee and the impact physical space can have on experience, Amanda works closely with chief innovation officers, chief people officers, and interdisciplinary teams to employ a collaborative and creative process that produces demonstrable results.
