Tracye advises leaders on strategy related to organizational structure, policies, risk assessment and aversion. Additionally, she enjoys managing creative initiatives that fit into “bigger picture” long-term organizational goals. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, a Master of Arts in Mass Communication and a Doctorate in Human Resource Management.
