Leaders Are Leaving: What Are You Doing About It?

2023 Annual
Attendees will learn critical strategies for retaining key leaders and maximizing their contribution.

At an increasingly alarming high rate, organizations are struggling to retain their employees, even those who have been with them for years and who are in senior leadership positions. In this session, you will learn about one of the most critical reasons that these leaders are quitting. Thankfully, there are ways to re-engage their commitment and realign them with the rest of the team. During this highly interactive and engaging session, Kim Ades, President of Frame of Mind Coaching™, will walk you through a session featuring Carey Lucki, CEO of a leading healthcare organization. As CEO, her frustration had been mounting as the executive team was not aligned with each other and their roles and expectations were blurred.
