Building Trust in an AI-Enabled Workplace

2024 AI Conference

As leaders, we know that trust is foundational to any meaningful relationship. Yet nearly half of employees (47%) do not trust their employers. Furthermore, the introduction of AI technologies in the workplace drives an additional 50% decline in trust. This trust deficit has real-world implications, leading to decreased productivity, higher turnover, and the absence of the positive effects that a high-trust environment can generate, such as widespread AI adoption, longer employee tenure, and greater satisfaction.

Join us in this insightful session to explore what you can do to diagnose and address trust challenges, thereby driving higher retention, creating better business outcomes, and fostering a richer workplace culture, even in a hybrid working environment.
