Relationship Intelligence: The Key to Building Successful Teams
Whoever you are and wherever you work, the quality of your results depends on the quality of your relationships. Relationship intelligence gives you the insights you need to understand the motivations and strengths of yourself and others. In this session, attendees will learn what relationship intelligence is, why it's important, and how to get it. We'll look at how people, performance, and/or process motivate people when things are going well - and how they come into play when people are in conflict. With this knowledge, teams will understand each other better, interact more effectively, and produce better results.
Learning Outcome 1: Define relationship intelligence and understand why it is a key competency every team needs.
Learning Outcome 2: Overcome personality conflicts among team members.
Learning Outcome 3: Harness different motivations and strengths to build productive teams and relationships.
