 Haven Cockerham founded Cockerham & Associates, a Chicago-based firm, in 2005 to provide strategic consulting services in Human Resource Transformation, Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion.   A distinguishing feature of the company is its web-based technology that gives organizations the ability to aggregate initiatives, metrics, and action plans for employee groups globally.

Previously, Haven was Chief Human Resources Officer for R.R. Donnelley and DTE Energy, and the Senior Human Resource Executive for Fisher Guide Division of General Motors.  Prior to his executive leadership positions, Haven held key assignments in manufacturing, labor relations, EEO, general and executive compensation, policy development, employee relations and leadership development.  Haven has extensive business, entrepreneurial, technology and merger and acquisition experience.
