Morning Mindfulness and Light Movement
Come and join us for a morning of mindfulness and movement to set the tone for the rest of the day. We'll go over the basics of meditation / visualization along with some simple and practical ways to connect with your breath to relieve stress and energize your Soul. Please be prepared for light movement, so come dressed in comfy clothing. Together, we'll take a few moments to reflect on our intention of the day and we'll close by sending you off to be prepared for the day so you can get the most out of it!
