You will also be able to understand the importance of emotional skills and why empathy, flexibility, emotional expression and impulse control are critical to build and nurture interpersonal relationships based in trust and compassion. Another benefit is life balance and happier employees who perform better; this session also offers techniques that employees can use to increase brain power, focus, attention, positive attitudes and communication. Combining emotional intelligence, coaching techniques and neuroscience, this session will equip you to embrace behaviors for success.
