Inclusion Begins and Ends in Meetings

Inclusion 2019: Shifting Workplace Culture

To fully gain the tremendous benefits of diversity, it must be partnered with genuine inclusion. Meetings are a key mechanism to bring inclusion to life. Meetings done right allow unique perspectives, backgrounds, and viewpoints to be leveraged in ways that promote innovation, engagement, and excellent decision making. Meetings done wrong derail inclusion, and, ultimately, the potential of diversity goes unrealized. Dr. Steven Rogelberg, featured on “CBS This Morning,” and author of a No. 1-ranked leadership book by The Washington Post, will bring a new lens to the topic of diversity. According to Adam Grant, “Steven Rogelberg is the world's leading expert on how to fix them (meetings)."
