The presence of multigenerations in the workplace has shined a light on Bias Based on Age.  Ageism is real.  It affects everyone.  Ageism hinders organizational effectiveness and excellence.  Organizations who fail to address Ageism become ineffective with their multigenerational workforce and lose the battle for talent.  In this dynamic session led by a 25+ year veteran in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion arena,  participants learn to be Anti-Agist by learning about the latest data on the multigenerational workplace;  insights about each generation;  learning how to leverage generational differences;  and acquiring action steps to create a workplace culture where every generation can thrive!
