Let's face it, there are segments of our organizations who resist Diversity & Inclusion efforts. There's a lot of misinformation and misunderstanding about what Diversity & Inclusion are about. Misinformation and misunderstanding often lead to resistance and sabotage. In this engaging session, you will learn how to reduce resistance and gain support for your Diversity & Inclusion efforts by utilizing Unconscious Bias Education as a foundation. You will receive insights on how unconscious bias education helps to get everyone on the same page and you will receive tips on how to roll it out strategically. This dynamic session will allow you to experience quality unconscious bias education that gets support from everyone!
