INCLUSION 2022
Practical advice on how to help leaders, managers and employees know what to do to achieve DE&I objectives.

Session seating is first come, first served. Thank you for your cooperation.

What could your company achieve if every leader, manager and employee knew what was expected of them each day to achieve your DE&I goals?

This session will help attendees learn how to launch and/or grow their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program. Jason will cover the CAPE technique outlined in his book and give leaders the tools to be successful. This session will show companies how to bridge the gap between what they say and what they do. Companies can make a community impact if they have an effective DE&I program. The future of successful companies will be directly related to employee experience that includes DE&I.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the levers that impact diversity outcomes, how to set the right metrics and hold leaders accountable for DE&I goals.
  • Understand how to align the company’s mission, vision and values with the DE&I goals and programs. (How and when to make public statements.)
  • Understand the basic CAPE method for maximum DE&I impact.
