This interactive, strategic session addresses how to implement inclusion as an operational process to transform culture and improve results.

This session provides a strategic and operational method for building inclusive workplaces which help maximize talent, teamwork and results. The interactive program will provide a step by step model for building inclusive cultures based on  each organization's own mission, vision and values. The process connects operations, learning, on the job reinforcement and daily actions bringing teams together while building lasting cultural change and improved results.

Learning Objectives:

  • Apply a foundational model to connect inclusive practices and daily behaviors to organizational Mission, Vision and Values to drive teamwork and improve results.
  • Utilize routine daily activities to reinforce organizational commitment to on the job inclusion.
  • Structure inclusion efforts so they involve all sectors of their organization in a way which is consistent and positive leading to lasting cultural change, and improved organizational outcomes.
