Equity, Inclusion and Belonging is not just an HR function, but rather a growth enabler for business and people. To drive sustainable and positive systemic and cultural impact, EI&B needs to be core to the enterprise-wide strategy. It should be woven into the baseline, starting with business objectives. When done right, EI&B fuels an innovative and authentic workforce, bolsters hiring and retention, fosters consumer connections and ultimately drives growth.

Learning Objectives:

  • What EI&B can mean for your bottom line, and how to incorporate the right objectives in your business strategy.
  • The role of EI&B across a variety of business functions – from marketing to finance.
  • How creating a more inclusive approach to hiring leads to stronger candidates, diversity of ideas and insights, and enhanced creativity and innovation.
  • Why employees want to work for - and stay at - companies that prioritize EI&B, supporting retention, engagement and trust in their employer.
  • When a company prioritizes EI&B, it not only meets the growing demands of consumers, but it builds increased cultural competence and will allow the brand to connect more authentically with diverse audiences.
