Equity is often embraced as a concept but seldomly embraced as an outcome because organizations don't always know how to translate their intentions into tangible actions. In this session, we'll discuss how to design strategies to operationalize equitable decisions across your organization. We'll discuss how to utilize the Schabel Solutions framework and provide a template to implement these changes into your day-to-day operations. We'll also discuss relevant scenarios and apply the equity framework to each for optimal learning.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define equity.
  • Explore the Schabel Solutions equity framework.
  • Review and discuss relevant workplace scenarios for application of the framework.
